Our Rubber Roof Installation Process

We begin with a free site visit to assess your existing roof, measure the area, and recommend the best rubber roofing solution. You’ll receive a clear, no-obligation quote with all costs explained upfront.

We remove any old roofing material and inspect the roof deck. If needed, we’ll replace damaged boards to ensure a solid, clean base. A layer of OSB (or suitable ply) is typically fitted to provide a smooth, stable surface.

We roll out the EPDM rubber membrane in large sheets to minimise seams. The rubber is then bonded to the deck using a strong adhesive for a fully watertight seal. Edges and corners are carefully detailed to prevent leaks.

Drip edges, upstands, and edge trims are installed to protect the perimeter and ensure a clean, professional finish.

Once complete, we inspect the roof and provide you with a full guarantee. Your new rubber roof is now fully installed and built to last.
