We recently completed the installation of a new three-layer high-performance torch-on felt roofing system on a property in Cheshunt. After carefully stripping back the existing roof covering, we prepared the deck and installed a high-quality underlay, followed by a reinforced intermediate layer and a durable mineral-finished cap sheet. Each layer was professionally heat bonded to ensure a watertight, seamless finish built to withstand the UK climate. As part of the project, we also fitted new Code 4 lead flashings, expertly dressed and secured to provide reliable protection around abutments and wall junctions. The completed roof offers outstanding durability, improved weather resistance, and a smart, professional appearance.
